Founder’s Story

Deep Property was founded in 2025, driven by a desire to create a boutique buyer advocacy practice focused on doing things properly.

I began my career as an accounting cadet in a second-tier accounting practice, before progressing through financial accounting, management, technology, consulting, sales, and transformation roles across:

  • Professional services firms
  • Commercial organisations
  • Government entities

After more than 30 years, I chose to step away from corporate roles to build a business centred on independent advice and personal service.

My property journey started early — helping my parents renovate and develop property — and continued with my own purchases over the past 24 years. Since then, I have diversified into:

  • Residential property holdings
  • Commercial unit trusts
  • Affordable housing initiatives, including investment in an affordable housing funding start-up

Over time, I’ve built strong networks that allow me to access property opportunities before they reach the broader market.

Having lived in Castle Hill and Cherrybrook for more than 34 years, I have deep community ties, including relationships with local schools, sporting clubs, and trusted professionals such as real estate agents and mortgage brokers.

For areas outside the Hills and North West Sydney, I work with trusted independent buyer advocates who live and operate locally.
