I don’t work on a “no win, no fee” or volume-based model. My fees reflect the time, judgement, and risk involved in representing buyers properly — particularly in tightly held markets.
How Fees Work
1. Buyer Strategy Session (Paid)
A prerequisite to engagement. Provides clarity on budget, market reality, and viable options.
2. Engagement Fee
Commences active representation. Credited against the final success fee.
3. Success Fee
Payable on exchange. Based on the agreed scope and complexity of the brief.
Indicative Fee Range
1.75% – 2.2% of the purchase price
Final fee confirmed after the strategy session. Minimum fees apply.
If you’re looking for the lowest fee, guaranteed outcomes, or someone to simply submit offers, I’m unlikely to be the right fit.
